Steven is an accomplished entrepreneur with more than 20 years experience growing established businesses, launching new companies and transforming struggling ventures into viable operations. He co-founded two successful start-ups: Click-and-Done, a pioneer in e-business infrastructure and consumer client software for electronic billing and Relavis Corporation, a leading publisher of relational database tools used to accelerate application design, development and implementation.
Steven has earned a reputation as a seasoned leader and chief executive who builds winning teams, drives accelerated growth, builds strong customer relationships and creates shareholder value.
As a senior executive with Clear Communications Corporation, a supplier of multi-vendor optical broadband and digital transport operational support systems, he led the effort to build a $25 million business with global reach. He had similar success as vice president for Mobius Management Systems, Inc (NASDAQ: MOBI)., a provider of web-based software for managing and presenting enterprise content used in CRM, ERP, e-commerce and customer service applications, growing revenues 275% over four years, leading to the company's successful IPO.
Steven was part of the management team at Computer Associates (NASDAQ: CA) that drove revenues from $30 million to more than $1.2 billion over a five year period. His career began in marketing with Procter & Gamble where he had multi-state responsibility for the Food Service and Lodging Products lines of business.
Steven has served in leadership roles with professional and community organizations including: International Engineering Consortium, Chicago Software Association, National Association of Purchasing Managers, Prairie Angels Network, Sales & Marketing Executives, Data Processing Managers Association and the Jewish United Fund's High Tech and Young Leadership divisions.
Steven is a frequent guest lecturer and moderator at numerous industry forums and conferences. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from Miami University's School of Business Administration with a major in Marketing and concentration in Computer Science.

Jonathan Bein is Managing Partner at Z2M4, a corporate strategy and execution firm. He is known for getting very good things done quickly rather than perfect things slowly. He has successfully led and been part of executive management for software product and services companies in information technology, healthcare, and communications. His recent work has focused on price optimization and economic value modeling.
Bein has been CEO of several companies including:
- SkyeTek - grew revenues and valuation four-fold of RFID manufacturer in seven months.
- IGS, Inc. - delivered 100 software solutions for companies such as AT&T, Comcast, Verizon, and Lucent.
- Bolder Heuristics, Inc. - achieved Inc 500 ranking with software services for telecommunications, healthcare, and IT.
Bein broke new ground by leveraging the telecommunications reform act of 1996 to implement a roll up strategy resulting with IGS, a network management and enterprise application integration company. As VP Engineering at Informed Access, a provider of phone based healthcare triage, he drove development of core products and services and the company was subsequently sold for $300M. As VP, Engineering at Telwatch, Bein drove development of network management software that became the core platform for Objective Systems. At Martin Marietta, he applied artificial intelligence to perform automatic real-time fault handling of spacecraft hardware.
Bein earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Colorado with a focus in Data Intensive Expert Systems and a BA in Computer Science at Indiana University. He has published articles in database management, neural networks, information retrieval, expert systems, healthcare informatics and communications network management.

Rob Kelley is a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years of product development and technical experience involving wide range of software, hardware, networking technologies and customer applications. He has co-founded 3 successful start-ups: Decisionism, Pyramid Technology Corp and Applied Computer Sciences Research. He has been in senior management at McDATA and at Rhythms Netconnections. At Rhythms, Rob's Products garnered the 1998 Inter@ctive Week/Interop award for "Most Innovative Use of Public Network". Rob has a B.S. Computers & Human Language, interdepartmental major combining Computer Science, Linguistics, Electrical Engineering and Mathematics and a M.A. Linguistics from Stanford University.

Mary Baum joined BA&T as a partner, becoming president in 1988. Under her leadership the firm has built an international reputation for marketing acumen. As CEO at BA&T, Mary advises top management of leading companies including Hewlett-Packard, McKesson, Covidien, Conmed, and Siemens on strategic marketing issues and focus. Services include developing insightful and differentiating market strategies, helping clients make go/no-go decisions, launching a new market, product or brand, building new channel programs or reacting to existing marketing plans. She has strong industry experience in high tech, medical, (provider, delivery, device and biopharm), land planning, development, finance and real estate. She has a trusted and ongoing relationship with the venture capital market for over 28 years.
